Veggie Stir Fry with Ginger & Garlic Hoisin Sauce, all over Potato & Turnip Mash
We’re doing vegetarian today. Well, let’s say 90% - the mash had butter in it.
Raided the fridge today. Wasn’t in the mood for anything heavy. However, I was in the mood for something oriental. So here goes the veggie stir fry with a Chinese style hoisin, ginger, garlic & Thai sweet chilli sauce, all over a creamy, buttery potato & turnip mash.
Light-ish, fast-ish and very flavourful.
